Ingredients
- 2 corn on the cob
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Oil for greasing
- Thousand Island dressing for drizzling
- Chopped fresh parsley leaves for garnish
Method
- Preheat an air fryer to 180° C
- Vertically cut the corn on the cob into wedges.
- To make the marinade, take extra virgin olive oil in a bowl. Add crushed black peppercorns, onion powder, red chilli powder, smoked paprika and salt and mix well.
- Brush the marinade generously over each corn wedge.
- Grease the air fryer basket with some oil. Arrange the corn wedges in its basket, fit the basket in the air fryer and air fry them for 20 minutes.
- Bring them out of the air fryer, arrange them on a serving plate, drizzle Thousand Island dressing over them, garnish with parsley leaves and serve hot.
