Ingredients
- 1 cup scraped fresh coconut
- ¼ cup roasted unsalted peanuts
- ½ cup fresh coriander leaves
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- ½ inch ginger, roughly chopped
- 2 green chillies
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Put coconut into a mixer jar, add coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chillies, peanuts, salt, lemon juice and ¼ cup water and grind to a fine paste.
- Transfer the chutney into individual tiffin boxes.
