Coconut Peanut Chutney

Method

  1. Put coconut into a mixer jar, add coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chillies, peanuts, salt, lemon juice and ¼ cup water and grind to a fine paste. 
  2. Transfer the chutney into individual tiffin boxes.
