Avocado Dip

Avocado is a super food that is high in unsaturated fats, fiber and vitamins C, E and K. Here it is used to make a simple and quick fruity dip to jazz up your munching sessions.

  1. To make the dip, vertically halve the avocado, discard the seed and scoop out the flesh into a blender jar. Add basil leaves, garlic, salt, black peppercorns, parmesan cheese powder, green chilli, lemon juice, pine nuts and extra virgin olive oil and blend to a fine paste. 
  2. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl, drizzle olive oil and serve as required.
