Ingredients list for Sprout Canapes
- 1 cup Mixed Sprouts boiled
- 16 Canape Cups
- to deep fry Oil
- 2 small Onions chopped
- 2 small Tomatoes chopped
- 2 small Potatoes boiled, peeled and chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- as required Sev
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the canapés till lightly browned and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Mix sprouts, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl.Fill the canapés with this mixture. Top with sev and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve immediately.
