Ingredients list for Sprout Bhelpuri

  • 1/2 cup Moong sprouts blanched
  • 2 cups Puffed rice
  • 2 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and diced
  • 1 small Raw mango chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 2-3 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sweet date and tamarind chutney
  • 2 tablespoons Red chilli-garlic chutney
  • 1/2 cup Sev
  • 8 Papdi

Method

  1. Take potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add raw mango, onion, most of the sprouted moong, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, green chillies, sweet date and tamarind chutney and red chilli and garlic chutney and mix.
  3. Add kurmura, nylon sev and crushed papdis and mix.
  4. Serve immediately topped with some more sprouts.
