By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken Mince, Scraped Coconut Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Chicken Patties With Coconut 350 grams Chicken Mince 1/2 cup Scraped Coconut 3 Dried red chillies 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds 5 cloves Garlic 1 tablespoon Crushed black peppercorns 8-10 Curry leaves chopped 1 Egg beaten 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) for shallow frying Oil Method Grind together coconut, red chillies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and garlic to a coarse paste. Transfer the coconut paste into a bowl and add the chicken mince, crushed peppercorns, curry leaves to it. Add the egg, refined flour and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties. Heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry patties till evenly done from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with green chutney.
