Ingredients
- 4 medium drumsticks, cut into 2 inch pieces and boiled
- 1½ cups warm buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and drumsticks and mix well. Add cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
- Put gram flour in a bowl, add buttermilk and whisk well. Add to the pan, mix, cover and cook till the gravy thickens.
- Serve hot.
