Ingredients
- 500 grams cauliflower, separated into florets
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 10-15 curry leaves
- 4 green chillies, broken
- 1 cup shelled green peas
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup scraped fresh coconut
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and sauté for half a minute.
- Add cauliflower, green peas, salt, sugar and coconut and mix well. Cover, put some water on the lid and cook till the cauliflower is done. Serve hot with roti or parantha.
