By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Veg New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Curry Leaves Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 500 grams cauliflower, separated into florets 4 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 10-15 curry leaves 4 green chillies, broken 1 cup shelled green peas Salt to taste 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup scraped fresh coconut Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add cauliflower, green peas, salt, sugar and coconut and mix well. Cover, put some water on the lid and cook till the cauliflower is done. Serve hot with roti or parantha.
