Ingredients
- 100 grams grapes
- 1 tablespoon fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add grapes.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder. Saute for two minutes.
- Add cream and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
