Ingredients for Shahi Sabz Angoor Recipe

  • Grapes 100 grams

  • Fresh Cream 1 tablespoon

  • Ghee 1 tablespoon

  • Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black pepper powder a pinch

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add grapes.

Step 2

Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder. Saute for two minutes.

Step 3

Add cream and mix well.

Step 4

Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
