Ingredients 

  • 100 grams grapes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves 

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add grapes.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder. Saute for two minutes.
  3. Add cream and mix well.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
