Ingredients list for Secret Noodles
- 200 grams Noodles boiled
- 2 tablespoons Vegeatbles
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
- 4 tablespoons French bean strips
- 4 tablespoons Carrot grated
- 4 tablespoons Cabbage shredded
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
- 3 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce
- Few thin strips of green capsicum
Method
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Heat oil in another non-stick pan.
- Add garlic to the pan with oil and saute. And beans, carrot and cabbage to the pan with butter and saute.
- Add noodles to the garlic and mix well. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Transfer into a serving dish.
- When the vegetables are half done, add sweet chilli sauce and mix. Put this on top of the noodles.
- Serve hot garnished with a few thin strips of green capsicum.
