Ingredients 

  • 2 medium apples, cored cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 12-15 almonds, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon rock salt (sendha namak)
  • 2 tablespoons seeded & quartered dates 
  • 6 fresh mint leaves, torn

Method

  1. Add lemon juice to the apple cubes and mix well so that they do not get discoloured.
  2. Mix together yogurt, almonds and rock salt in a bowl. Add the apple cubes and quartered dates and mix well.Chill in the refrigerator.Serve chilled garnished with torn mint leaves.
