Ingredients
- 10-12 Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- ½ cup tender coconut water
- 150 grams tender coconut water
Method
- Transfer Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates in a bowl. Add sufficient water and soak for 2-3 hours.
- Deseed and transfer in a grinder jar. Add cocoa powder, vanilla essence, tender coconut water, tender coconut flesh and grind to a fine mixture.
- Transfer in an air tight container, close the lid and freeze for 6-8 hours. Scoop and serve chilled.
