Ingredients

  • 10-12 Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • ½ cup tender coconut water
  • 150 grams tender coconut water

Method

  1. Transfer Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates in a bowl. Add sufficient water and soak for 2-3 hours. 
  2. Deseed and transfer in a grinder jar. Add cocoa powder, vanilla essence, tender coconut water, tender coconut flesh and grind to a fine mixture.
  3. Transfer in an air tight container, close the lid and freeze for 6-8 hours. Scoop and serve chilled.
