Ingredients list for Rajgira ki Kadhi - SK Khazana
- 1/2 cup Rajgira flour
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Green chilli-ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
- 5-6 Curry leaves
- 2 Green chillies slit
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to garnish Fresh coriander sprig
Method
- Take yogurt in a bowl, add rajgira flour, green chilli ginger paste and sugar and whisk to make a smooth mixture.
- Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies and mix. When the seeds begin to change colour, add the yogurt mixture and mix well. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add sufficient water to get the desired consistency. Add salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the heat.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish a coriander sprig and serve hot.
