Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2-3 green chillies, stemmed and broken
- 1 inch ginger, roughly chopped
- ¾ cup rice flour
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Ghee for cooking
- Coconut chutney for serving
Method
- Take a grinder jar, add potatoes, green chillies and ginger and grind to fine paste.
- Transfer in a bowl. Add rice flour, cumin seeds, salt and 3 cups water and mix well.
- Heat a nonstick tawa. Drizzle some ghee and spread a ladleful of batter. Drizzle some more ghee and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
