Drain and grind into a fine paste. Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add the paste and sauté till brown. Add milk and bring the mixture to a boil and cook till the mixture thickens. Add sugar and cook for five minutes. Add green cardamom powder, almonds, cashewnuts, raisins and chironji and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
