By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Powdered sugar Cuisine South African Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Peri Peri Chicken Nuggets - SK Khazana 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon Onion powder 1 tablespoon Garlic powder 1 teaspoon Dried oregano 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika 1 tablespoon Red chilli flakes to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder as required Cornflour slurry for coating Panko crumbs for deep-frying Oil as required Tomato ketchup Method Mix together powdered sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, chilli flakes, salt, cinnamon powder and chilli powder in a bowl. Add chicken cubes and mix well. Dip chicken pieces in slurry and coat with panko crumbs. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken cubes till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
