Ingredients list for Peanut Butter Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Flat Noodles boiled
- 7-8 Spring onions with greens
- 1 inch piece Ginger chopped
- 6-7 cloves Garlic chopped
- 2 Fresh red chillies chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1/4 cup Dark soy sauce
- 1/2 Green capsicum cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts
Method
- Slice spring onion bulbs. Heat oil a non-stick wok, add spring onions and sauté for half a minute. Add ginger, garlic and red chillies and sauté for half a minute.
- Add dark soy sauce and quarter cup water and stir. Add peanut butter and another quarter cup water and stir to blend well. Add brown sugar and vinegar and mix.
- Add flat noodles and capsicum and mix. Chop spring onion greens and add along with bean sprouts. Toss and mix well. Add roasted peanuts and mix. Serve hot.
