Ingredients list for Papad Cones - SK Khazana
- 4 Papads
- 1 cup Green Bengal gram (hare chane) boiled
- 2 tablespoons Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablespoon Raw mango chopped
- 2 tablespoons Onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tablespo to garnish Sev
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powdewr
- 1/2 Lemon
- to garnish Fresh coriander sprigs
Method
- Cut papads in half and roast each on a non-stick tawa. Shape into a cone while still warm.
- Take boiled green gram in a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, raw mango, fresh coriander, sev, green chilli, chaat masala, salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and mix well.
- Fill the prepared mixture in the papad cones. Garnish with sev and coriander sprig. Serve immediately.
