By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Papad, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Stuffed Papad Rolls 8 Papad 1 tablespoon Oil 2 inch piece Ginger chopped 2 Green chilli 150 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) 1/4 inch pieces to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 4-5 Mint leaves chopped a few Fresh coriander leaves chopped a few Mint leaves Method Heat the oil in a non stick pan, add the ginger and sauté for one minute. Add the green chillies and continue to sauté. Add the paneer, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix. Take the pan off the heat. Halve the papads. Heat a grill pan and roast the papads, pressing them slightly so that they get the grill lines on them. Shape them immediately into a cone. Place the papad cones in small glasses.
