By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Spinach Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Palak and Cheese Balls 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated 1 cup Spinach blanched and chopped 2 tablespoons Processed cheese grated 4 White bread slices ½ teaspoon Ginger ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 Green chillies finely chopped to taste Salt ½ teaspoon Lemon juice for deep-frying Oil for dusting Cornflour/ corn starch Method Roughly tear bread slices and grind to make fresh breadcrumbs. Combine spinach, cottage cheese, processed cheese, ginger, cumin seeds, green chillies, salt and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Add fresh breadcrumbs and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Divide the spinach mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls. Coat the balls in cornflour, dust-off the excess flour and deep-fry in hot oil till golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
