Ingredients list for Paneer Mushroom
- 150 grams Cottage Cheese
- 200 grams Mushrooms quartered
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 3 medium Onions
- 1 medium Tomato
- Salt to taste
- 1 medium Green capsicum
- 3 Pineapple slices tinned
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons Tomato puree
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Thickly slice onions. Roughly chop tomato.
- Add onions to the pan and saute for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and salt, toss and cook.
- Cut capsicum to small pieces. Cut cottage cheese into small cubes. Cut pineapple into small cubes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder to the pan and mix. Add ginger paste and garlic paste and saute till fragrant.
- Add capsicum, tomato and pineapple and mix well. Add tomato puree and mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cottage cheese, mix and cook till the cottage cheese pieces get heated through. Add garam masala powder and mix. Adjust salt. Serve hot.
