Ingredients
- 500 grams paneer
- 2 medium onions
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 10-15 curry leaves
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons garlic paste
- 3 green chillies,slit
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
Method
- Slice onions. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and onions and saute till onions soften. Cut cottage cheese into big pieces.
- Add ginger paste and garlic paste to the pan and continue to saute. Add green chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, coconut milk and cottage cheese pieces and mix well and let everything get heated through. Serve hot with steamed rice.
