Ingredients list for Paneer Corn Sabzi
- 200 grams Cottage Cheese cut into ½ cm cubes
- 2 cups Sweet Corn Kernels boiled
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 medium Onions finely chopped
- 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- a pinch Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add onions and sauté for four to five minutes. Add green chillies, turmeric powder and sugar and sauté for half minute more.
- Add corn kernels and mix well. Add salt and mix. Cover and cook for two to three minutes.Add cottage cheese and mix with light hands. Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
