Ingredients list for Palak, Paneer, Corn Sabzi
- 2 Palak chopped
- 150 grams Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Corn kernels boiled
- 2 medium Onions
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 7-8 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tablespoons Coarse gram flour (besan)
- 2 Green chillies slit
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Red capsicum a few thin strips
- Yellow capsicum a few thin strips
- a sprig Fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Chop onions in a chopper. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and garlic and saute. Add onions and mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Chop spinach in the chopper. When onions turn golden, add gram flour and continue to sauté.
- Add spinach and ½ cup water and mix well. Add corn kernels and mix.
- Cut cottage cheese into small cubes and add to the pan. Add green chillies and salt and mix.
- Add yogurt and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix.
- Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with red and yellow capsicum strips and coriander leaves and serve hot.
