Ingredients list for Muzzafar
- 100 grams Vermicelli
- 8-10 Raisins wash and pat dry
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Sunflower seeds (charoli/chironji)
- 5-6 Almonds slivered
- 4-5 Cashewnuts chopped
- 1 Silver warq
Method
- Break roasted vermicelli with hand and keep aside. Take ghee in a pan and add cardamom powder and sugar.
- Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, for two to three minutes.
- Add milk and continue to cook for two to three minutes. Add broken vermicelli and continue to cook for four to five minutes or till vermicelli is dry.
- Serve hot garnished with chironji, raisins, almonds, cashewnuts and silver warq.
