IngredientsÂ
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup halved mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 green chilli ,finely chopped
- 3 medium onions, grated
- 3 medium tomatoes, grated
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and saute for a minute.
- Add onions and saute till brown in colour. Add tomato puree and cook till the tomatoes gets cooked.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
- Add green peas and mushrooms and one cup water and pressure cook it for three whistles.
- Remove and serve hot with coriander leaves.
