Ingredients list for Mushroom Tikka-SK Khazana
- 10-12 Button mushrooms
- for greasing Oil
- 1/2 cup Hung yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried fenugreek leaf (kasuri methi) powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
- 8-10 Red capsicum large pieces
- 8-10 Green capsicum large pieces
- for brushi Butter q
- to serve Green chutney
Method
- Mix together hung yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves powder, salt, lemon juice and mustard oil in a bowl.
- Add mushrooms, red and green capsicums, mix well and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200º C. Grease a baking tray with some oil.
- Thread mushrooms and capsicum alternatively onto skewers and transfer onto the greased tray.
- Put tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with some butter.
- Drizzle some green chutney on the serving plate, place the skewers on it and serve hot.
