Ingredients list for Mushroom Cheesy Stuffed Eggs

  • 6 large Boiled eggs finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Button mushrooms
  • 4 Hard boiled eggs peeled, halved and yolks separated
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • 4 teaspoons Garlic chopped
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • to taste Red chillies crushed
  • for garnishing Fresh parsley sprigs


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add onion and sauté till it turns golden. Add mushrooms, salt, crushed peppercorns and sauté on high heat for four to five minutes or till the mushrooms are cooked.
  3. Transfer the cooked mushroom mixture into a bowl. Add cheese spread, egg yolks and crushed red chillies and mix well.
  4. Spoon the prepared mixture into the halved eggs. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve warm.
