By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Aug 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rohu Fish, Potatoes Cuisine Bengali Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Muri Ghonto 2-3 Rohu Fish 2 tablespoons Potatoes 2 medium Onions chopped 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 2 teaspoons Rice 2 teaspoons Rice soaked to taste Salt 2 Potatoes diced Method Heat oil in a non stick pan add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add onion and saute till light brown. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, rice and a minute. Add salt, fish and half cup water and let it simmer till the fish is tender. Remove from flame.
