Ingredients list for Moongphali Aloo Chaat

  • 2 cups Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 medium Potato boiled and peeled
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 medium Cucumber peeled
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice

Method

  1. Cube the potatoes. Heat 2 tbsps ghee in a non-stick pan, add the potatoes and sauté till lightly golden.
  2. Halve the cucumber and tomato, remove seeds and cube them. Put them into a bowl. Chop coriander leaves and green chillies and add.
  3. Drain the potatoes and add. Add the remaining ghee to the pan and lightly sauté the peanuts and then add them to rest of the ingredients in the bowl.
  4. Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice and mix well. Serve immediately.
