Wash and chop green chillies. Clean, wash and chop the coriander leaves. Boil the potatoes and peas separately. Peel and grate the potatoes to mash properly. Mash the peas. Beat the egg. Mix mashed potatoes, mashed peas, chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and salt thoroughly to form a dough. Shape the dough into cutlets. Dip the cutlets in the egg and then roll it in the breadcrumbs. Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot.
