By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Dec 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless Chicken, Chaat Masala Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Masaledar Chicken Chaat 500 grams Boneless Chicken Chaat Masala 1 tablespoon Chaat masala 3/4 cup Onions chopped 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur) 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Oil Method Clean and cut chicken into one-inch cubes. Boil chicken pieces in salted boiling water for ten minutes. Drain excess water and chill chicken in a refrigerator. Mix chopped onions, chaat masala, dry mango powder, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and oil with cooked chicken pieces. Arrange in a serving platter or bowl. Decorate with a tomato rose.
