Ingredients list for Masala Keema Buns
- 1 cup Mutton Mince
- 4 Buns
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Green chilli finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 100 grams Bhuna masala
- 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- Juice of 1 lemon wedge
- 4 Eggs
Method
- Mix minced mutton with ½ cup water and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add green chilli, minced mutton and mix well. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and bhuna masala and mix well. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsps chopped mint leaves, salt and lemon juice and mix well. Switch off the heat, transfer the minced mutton mixture into a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in another non-stick pan. Slice the upper layer of the buns and scoop a little from the inside. Place the buns in the pan. Break 1 egg in each bun.
- Top it with the minced mutton. Cook further in the pan for 2-3 minutes or till the base is toasted and the egg is cooked. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish each bun with a mint leaf and serve.
