Masala Egg Roll - SK Khazana Masala egg mixture cooked in layers to form a roll This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Onion Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Masala Egg Roll - SK Khazana 8 Eggs 1 medium Onion finely chopped 3 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped 4-5 Green chillies chopped 2-4 tablespoons Milk 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Oil to serve Tomato ketchup Method Break 4 eggs into a large bowl and whisk well. Strain the mixture into another bowl. Add ½ the chopped onion, 1½ tbsps. coriander leaves, half the green chillies, 1-2 tbsps milk, ¼ tsp turmeric powder and salt, and whisk well. Heat1 tsp oil in a shallow non-stick pan, spread it with a tissue paper. Pour a quarter portion of the egg mixture into the pan and let it spread all over the pan and cook on low heat for 1 minute. Gently roll from one end to the other to form a log. Shift the log on one end of the pan and and pour another quarter portion of egg mixture and let it spread. Let it cook for 1 minute and start rolling. Repeat till all the mixture is over. Gently take it off the heat. Cook the remaining ingredients similarly.
