Ingredients
- 10 raw mango, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons onion seeds (kalonji)
- 2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
- 8-10 black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons fennel seeds (saunf)
- 8-10 cloves
- 1 cup sugar
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion seeds, methi seeds, black peppercorns, fennel seeds and cloves and saute for a minute.
- Add mangoes and saute for five minutes or till the moisture get evaporated.
- Add sugar and cook for two minutes. Remove the pan from heat and store in airtight containers. Serve with paranthas.
