Ingredients 

  • 10 raw mango, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons onion seeds (kalonji)
  • 2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
  • 8-10 black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 8-10 cloves
  • 1 cup sugar

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion seeds, methi seeds, black peppercorns, fennel seeds and cloves and saute for a minute.
  2. Add mangoes and saute for five minutes or till the moisture get evaporated.
  3. Add sugar and cook for two minutes. Remove the pan from heat and store in airtight containers. Serve with paranthas.
