By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw Mango, Sugar Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango manzeera 10 Raw Mango cut into cubes 3 tablespoons Sugar 2 tablespoons Onion seeds (kalonji) 2 tablespoon Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 8-10 Black peppercorns 2 tablespoons Fennel seeds (saunf) 8-10 Cloves 1 cup Sugar Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion seeds, methi seeds, black peppercorns, fennel seeds and cloves and saute for a minute. Add mangoes and saute for five minutes or till the moisture get evaporated. Add sugar and cook for two minutes. Remove the pan from heat and store in airtight containers.
