By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mango puree, Milk Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango Thandai Smoothie 1 cup Mango puree 1½ cups Milk ¼ cup Almonds soaked overnight and peeled ¼ cup Pistachios soaked and peeled ¼ cup Cashewnuts soaked 2 tablespoons Melon seeds (magaz) 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto) ¼ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 tablespoon + ½ cup Vanilla ice cream 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg powder 1 tablespoon Gulkand for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs Method Blend together almonds, pistachios, cashewnuts, melon seeds, poppy seeds and 1 tablespoon castor sugar to a smooth mixture. Add ¼ cup milk and blend again. Blend together milk, mango puree, ground mixture, remaining castor sugar, vanilla ice cream, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and gulkand to a smooth mixture.
