Ingredients list for Malai ki Sabji
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- a pinch Red chilli powder
- a pinch Turmeric powder
- a pinch Garam masala powder
- 3 tablespoons Milk
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the green chillies, tomato and sauté on medium heat till tomatoes are pulpy.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix well.
- Lower the heat. Add the fresh cream and milk and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot.
