Ingredients for Kothimbir Vadi Chaat Recipe

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Yogurt as required

  • kothimbir vadis readymade 12-16

  • Green chutney as required

  • Date and tamarind chutney as required

  • Chaat masala to sprinkle

  • Sev as required

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon

  • Peanuts roasted and crushed ½ teaspoon

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Put broken vadi in individual serving platters. Add some onion on top.

Step 2

Drizzle yogurt, green chutney and date-tamarind chutney.

Step 3

Sprinkle some chaat masala and put some sev and chopped coriander on top.

Step 4

Serve immediately.
