Ingredients list for Kothimbir Vadi Chaat
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- as required Yogurt
- 12-16 kothimbir vadis readymade
- as required Green chutney
- as required Date and tamarind chutney
- to sprinkle Chaat masala
- as required Sev
- as required Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Peanuts roasted and crushed
- to taste Salt
Method
- Put broken vadi in individual serving platters. Add some onion on top.
- Drizzle yogurt, green chutney and date-tamarind chutney.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and put some sev and chopped coriander on top.
- Serve immediately.
