This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Kantola, Dill Leaves Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Kantola Suva Masala 400 grams Kantola 1 cup Dill Leaves finely chopped 2-3 tablespoons Oil 2 Dried red chillies 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 130 grams Bhuna masala Juice of 1 lemon Method Scrape the kantola and halve them. Remove the seeds. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add dried red chillies and cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add the kantola and mix well. Add turmeric powder and salt and toss. Add bhuna masala and mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, till the vegetable becomes dry. Add dill and lemon juice and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with a dill sprig and serve hot.
