By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 May 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Dried black chickpeas (kale chane), Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 8-10 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kale Chane 1 cup Dried black chickpeas (kale chane) , soaked overnight and boiled 1 tablespoon Ghee 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder for garnishing Fresh coriander sprigs to serve Puris Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add black chickpeas and salt and mix well. Add garam masala powder, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
