Ingredients list for Instant Noodle Pakoda - SK Khazana

  • 1 packets Instant noodles
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Spring onions with greens chopped
  • 1 cup Gram flour (besan)
  • to deep fry Oil
  • to sprinkle Chaat masala
  • to serve Green chutney


  1. Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick deep pan, add taste maker, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
  2. Add broken instant noodles, cook till ¾ done and transfer into a bowl.
  3. Add spring onions and gram flour and mix well.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop little portions of the mixture into the hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till the pakodas are evenly golden and crisp.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
  6. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney.
