By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Jan 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Instant noodles, Red chilli powder Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Instant Noodle Pakoda - SK Khazana 1 packets Instant noodles 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Spring onions with greens chopped 1 cup Gram flour (besan) to deep fry Oil to sprinkle Chaat masala to serve Green chutney Method Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick deep pan, add taste maker, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well. Add broken instant noodles, cook till ¾ done and transfer into a bowl. Add spring onions and gram flour and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop little portions of the mixture into the hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till the pakodas are evenly golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
