Ingredients list for Honey Garlic Prawns-SK Khazana
- 12-16 Medium prawns shelled and deveined
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Garlic finely choppd
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 1/2 cup Light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 16-20 Broccoli florets blanched
- to serve Fried noodles
- for garnish Spring onion greensq chopped
Method
- Mix together ginger paste, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and honey in a bowl. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well and pour into a zip lock bag. Add prawns, seal and set aside to marinate for 25-30 minutes.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add just the prawns and cook for a minute. Reserve the marinade.
- Add broccoli, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the marinade remaining in the zip lock bag, mix and cook till fully done.
- Place fried noodles on a serving plate. Top with prawns, drizzle the sauce over, garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
