Ingredients
- 8-9 green chillies
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (til)
- to taste Sea salt
- 2 tablespoons Coconut scraped
- 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Break green chillies with hand. Crush garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, garlic, green chillies and sauté. Add sesame seeds and continue to sauté. Add sea salt, coconut and mix. Add coriander leaves and cook for three to four minutes.
- Put the mixture in a mortar and pound with the pestle to a coarse paste.
