Ingredients list for Caramel Banana with White and Black Sesame Seeds
- 4-5 Ripe bananas
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds roasted
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (kale til) roasted
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Method
- Put sugar in a non-stick pan, add ¼ cup water and cook. Peel the bananas and slice into thick diagonal pieces. Put them into a bowl.
- Add lemon juice and honey and mix. Place the banana pieces on a silicon sheet and prick each piece with a toothpick.
- When the sugar mixture becomes golden, drizzle it over the banana pieces. Immediately sprinkle white and black sesame seeds.
- Gently dislodge the banana pieces and place them in a serving plate. Cool and serve.
