Ingredients for Caramel Banana with White and Black Sesame Seeds Recipe

  • Ripe bananas 4-5

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • White sesame seeds roasted 1 tablespoon

  • black sesame seeds (kale til) roasted 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Honey 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Put sugar in a non-stick pan, add ¼ cup water and cook. Peel the bananas and slice into thick diagonal pieces. Put them into a bowl.

Step 2

Add lemon juice and honey and mix. Place the banana pieces on a silicon sheet and prick each piece with a toothpick.

Step 3

When the sugar mixture becomes golden, drizzle it over the banana pieces. Immediately sprinkle white and black sesame seeds.

Step 4

Gently dislodge the banana pieces and place them in a serving plate. Cool and serve.
