Ingredients list for Himachali Rara Gosht - SK Khazana
- 500 grams Mutton cut into 1 inch pieces on the bone
 - 250 grams Mutton mince
 - 2 tablespoons Oil
 - 1 Large onion sliced
 - 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 Medium tomato chopped
 - 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
 - 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
 - 1/2 cup Yogurt
 - 2 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
 
Method
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onion and sauté till translucent.
 - Add mutton and mix well. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt and sufficient water, mix well. Cover and cook for 4-5 whistles.
 - Once the pressure settles down, open the lid and add tomato, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for 5-10 minutes.
 - Add yogurt and mix well. Add mutton mince, mix well and cook for 25-30 minutes.
 - Add coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
