By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Sep 2019 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Mutton, Mutton mince Cuisine Other Cuisines Course Main Course Mutton Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 1-1.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Himachali Rara Gosht - SK Khazana 500 grams Mutton cut into 1 inch pieces on the bone 250 grams Mutton mince 2 tablespoons Oil 1 Large onion sliced 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste to taste Salt 1 Medium tomato chopped 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 2 teaspoons Coriander powder 1/2 cup Yogurt 2 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onion and sauté till translucent. Add mutton and mix well. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt and sufficient water, mix well. Cover and cook for 4-5 whistles. Once the pressure settles down, open the lid and add tomato, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add yogurt and mix well. Add mutton mince, mix well and cook for 25-30 minutes. Add coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
