Ingredients list for Fruit And Capsicum Kachumber

  • 2 medium Fruits sliced thinly
  • 1 medium Vegetables seeded, and cut into strips
  • 2 medium Oranges
  • 12-15 Green grapes halved
  • 12-15 Black grapes halved
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon rind
  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced thinly
  • 2 medium Tomatoes seeded, and cut into strips
  • 2 Spring onions sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves torn
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt


  1. Apply one tablespoon lemon juice to apple slices to prevent discolouration.
  2. Peel oranges and separate the segments.
  3. Remove seeds and halve each of them.
  4. Mix coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and remaining lemon juice to make a dressing.
  5. Toss the prepared fruits and vegetables in the dressing and serve chilled.
