Ingredients list for Fried Egg
- 6 Eggs
- 2 medium Onion sliced
- 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Oil
Method
- In a bowl break and whisk the eggs.
- In a blender; blend together onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, green chillies, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and chopped coriander. Blend to smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add the paste and sauté for two minutes. Add whisked eggs and cook stirring continuously till done.
- Serve hot with pav.
