Ingredients list for Fish And Mango Kabab

  • 1 cup Boneless Fish cubed
  • 1 cup Raw Mango grated
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • as required Satay sticks
  • 1 for garnish Lemon
  • a few Fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, raw mango and 2 tbsps oil and mix well.
  2. Add fish cubes and mix and allow them to marinate for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan. String marinated fish cubes onto satay sticks and place them in the pan and shallow fry.
  4. Add the remaining masala. Turn a couple of times so that they get cooked evenly all around.
  5. Slice the lemon. Transfer the kababs onto a serving plate, garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves and serve hot.
