Ingredients list for Fish And Mango Kabab
- 1 cup Boneless Fish cubed
- 1 cup Raw Mango grated
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- as required Satay sticks
- 1 for garnish Lemon
- a few Fresh mint leaves
Method
- In a bowl mix together ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, raw mango and 2 tbsps oil and mix well.
- Add fish cubes and mix and allow them to marinate for 8-10 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan. String marinated fish cubes onto satay sticks and place them in the pan and shallow fry.
- Add the remaining masala. Turn a couple of times so that they get cooked evenly all around.
- Slice the lemon. Transfer the kababs onto a serving plate, garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves and serve hot.
