By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Oct 2017 in Recipes Veg New Update Farali Aloo ki Sabzi Main Ingredients Potatoes, Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes 1 tablespoon ghee 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 green chillies, finely chopped 4 tablespoons peanuts, roasted and crushed Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup scraped fresh coconut 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds. Once the seeds begin to change color, add green chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add potatoes and continue to sauté till crisp. Add peanuts, salt, sugar and coconut and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for four to five minutes. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
