By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Coconut Milk Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Egg Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Egg Curry with Coconut milk 5 Eggs boiled and peeled 2 cups Coconut Milk 4 tablespoons Oil 2 Green cardamoms 2 Stick Cinnamon 2 Cloves 1 medium Onion sliced to taste Salt 4 Green chillies 1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder Method Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Add onion, sprinkle salt and saute till onion turns golden brown in colour. Add chilles, coriander and ginger- garlic paste. Sauté for two minutes. Add bell pepper, coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add eggs, coconut milk. Check the seasonings. Simmer for ten minutes.
